![]() ![]() It'd be a minor salve if all publishers that used Denuvo vowed to remove it once it was cracked, but the fact a paying customer could ever have a worse experience than someone who paid for it? Shouldn't ever happen. No one would have a problem with them protecting their product if whatever they used didn't actually make what you purchased worse. It was so bad in Doom Eternal that, after they added it 2 months after release, they removed it within a week. ![]() It linked to an article about how every title had much worse performance, from loading to framerate to frametimes. The same site you linked tells of how much worse performance in RE Village was with Denuvo vs cracked. ![]() The fact is it is demonstrable as to how negative the impact on performance is. I question if it is, but I'll take their word for it. Honestly, the bottom line is it ultimately doesn't matter if that's true. ![]()
